Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all contracts for advisory and support services concluded through this website with MINDSOUL INTERNATIONAL LLC, trading as Georgia Banking Service.

We prepare you to open a bank account in Georgia, guide you through the process and act as your personal point of contact. We are not a bank and we do not give legal or tax advice.

The decision to open an account is made by the bank alone. We do not guarantee an account opening or any specific result.

You provide all information truthfully and completely and keep your proof of identity, address and activity up to date. Delays or rejections caused by incomplete or incorrect information are not attributable to us.

The fixed price is EUR 900 and is due once. Payment is by bank transfer or in crypto (USDT, USDC, BTC). We send the payment details by email within 24 hours after your inquiry.

If the bank rejects the account opening, we refund the service fee. The refund covers our service, not money you deposit into your own account.

We start after your payment is confirmed. If you explicitly ask us to begin before the cancellation period ends, you must agree to it. Your right of cancellation then ends as soon as we have fully performed the service.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to the foreseeable damage. This does not apply to your disadvantage if you are a consumer.

You have a 14-day right of cancellation. Details and the model form are in the cancellation policy.

We may amend these terms for future contracts. For a contract already concluded, the terms in place at the time of conclusion apply.
